Who Books the Royal Package
This is not a service that men book casually. It is booked deliberately.

It is also the service most often gifted by wives and partners — a quiet way of saying you have been working hard, and you deserve two hours in which nothing is asked of you.
Why It Takes Two Hours
None of the four services in the Royal Package can be rushed. The Hair Spa needs its time on the scalp. The Royal Haircut needs its time of consultation and unhurried scissor work. The Ultimate British Shave needs three rounds of preparation before the blade touches the skin. The beard sculpt needs the patience of a man who has shaped a thousand jaw lines.
Two hours is what it takes to do all four properly. We do not offer a shorter version.
A Service Refined Over Twenty-Five Years
The Royal Package is performed by Mr Hassan El Gamal personally. It is not offered with our senior team.
Hassan began his journey in male grooming in 1999 under the Egyptian Barbers Academy, earning his Master Barber distinction in 2004. He is a guild-accredited member of both the British Barbers Association and the Egyptian Barbers Academy.
Before opening The British Barbers in Singapore, he was the private barber to His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, son of the King of Bahrain. He has performed the equivalent of this service for ministers, ambassadors, and chief executives whose names remain private out of respect and discretion.
The Atmosphere of the Session
The shop runs as normal during a Royal Package. Other gentlemen come and go. The quiet conversation of regular barbering surrounds you. There is no special room — there is the same chair we reserve for the Master’s clients, in a heritage shophouse in Chinatown, with the steady hand of someone who has done this for twenty-five years.
For gentlemen who prefer complete privacy, please ask about an after-hours session when booking.
How to Book the Royal Package
The Royal Package is available with Mr Hassan El Gamal only, by advance reservation. Slots open one week at a time and fill quickly — particularly around Friday afternoons and Saturdays.
We recommend booking via WhatsApp, where Hassan or a senior member of the team can confirm the time directly.

The British Barbers sits in a restored Chinatown shophouse at 37A Kreta Ayer Road. Maxwell MRT is one hundred metres away. Chinatown MRT and Outram Park MRT are within a five-minute walk.
We open Sunday to Friday from 9 in the morning, and Saturday from 11. The Royal Package requires at least three days advance notice.
