We have taken the traditional British barbering ritual, once found on Jermyn Street over a century ago, and brought it to a restored shophouse in the heart of Chinatown. The same scissors-over-comb precision, hot towel treatments, and straight-razor shaves are now available just five minutes from Outram Park MRT.

Every barber at The British Barbers has trained directly under Hassan Elgamal, following the standards he developed over more than twenty-five years of professional barbering across Egypt, Dubai, and Singapore.
